Bomb af! Inobe Nicole. Not only has a dope ass sense of style, but she also cooks .. amazing vegan dishes! Once Inobe showed me a couple simple vegan recipes, I was sold. (I went vegan for 2 months but then I had a cheese crumble. My new lifestyle disappeared.) I just needed to rethink traditional dishes that normally held meat as the star. My favorite that I can't STOP making?! The tacos! Made with walnut pieces and cashew halves, cumin, salt (to taste), and olive oil. Topped with red onions, tomatoes, avacado, and cilantro wrapped in a lettuce leaf. Everyone I've made this dish for, fell in love! It's a raw dish (no heat necessary) and only requires a food processor. Perfect! Takes 5 minutes to make.
